Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your veil, headpiece, and/or bridal accessory!

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, I will attempt to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. Or, your item can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less the non-refundable 50% deposit for custom orders or 50% of the purchase price for Simply Elegant orders, shipping/handling fees, rush order charges, and bank fees). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Authorization for a return is required. Please send an email to obtain authorization.
Refunds will not be processed if authorization for the return was not obtained prior to shipping.

The return must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your order. (please note that UPS does provide notification of the delivery date.) No refunds will be processed for items postmarked later than 7 days after delivery to you. This 7 day policy is strictly enforced even if your wedding is cancelled, your dress arrives in a different color, you change your mind, or for any other reason.

Items must be received in their original condition (please note that a record of the original condition exists as all items are photographed from all angles before shipping). Refunds cannot be processed for veils or headpieces that have been worn, soiled, or damaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging and the postmark/shipping date must be prior to your wedding date. Please insure your return shipment for loss or damage as we cannot provide a refund for items damaged or lost during shipping.
